Delivery & Returns
Orders will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 1 – 2 days and sent via Collect Plus/Royal Mail or by Couriers, a signature may be required.
If you need your products by a certain date please contact us direct and we will endeavor to get your order to you in time!
If you would prefer to speak to someone in person please call us direct and place your order over the phone. Or call to confirm delivery times.
If you are not there when the couriers come to deliver and they cannot locate a safe place to leave the parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times over the next working days. All the information you need will be on the card left for you to arrange a redivery of your order.
Deliveries by Royal Mail – if you are not there, Royal mail will try and leave the parcel with a neighbour instead of being returned back to your Royal Mail Delivery Office. If this isn’t possible they will take it back to the Royal Mail Depot. A ‘Something for you’ card will be posted through your door advising you of what has happened and action you need to take.
Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, postage will be charged to redeliver your order.

Please contact us before placing your order so that we can give you the best service possible to make sure your order gets to you in the best way. As with all international shipping there may be extra cost involved. Charges are based on the destination and the size of the order. Shipments may take 7-10 days and further delays may occur due to customs procedures.
Please Note: If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.
We hope that you’re always happy with your products, but understand that there may be times when you need to return them.
Please notify us either by email or a phone call within 7 days of receiving the goods, and that you return them to us within 14 days. We can then advise you on the best way to return the item.
The returned products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. For fragile items please make sure they are securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
We will issue a refund as soon as the item is received, refunds can take up to seven days to show in your account. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

We accept credit/debit cards and paypal which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the secure sockets layer protocol (ssl) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
